It’s a great concept and we loved the…
It’s a great concept and we loved the voicemails that were left! However, not a single voicemail was recorded on our wedding day - despite us turning the phone on and making sure it was charged the whole time.. the only voicemails that were recorded were ones taken during our Sunday brunch. Many voicemails were also missed bc the phone kept turning off. It also does not allow you to record your own custom greeting and a lot of guests were confused what to do

Great concept .. disappointing result
The concept of this is so incredible and we were really excited to use it. However, hours and hours of our wedding night was missed because the phone kept turning off and none of our guest knew to flip it over and turn it on. When we finally realized it was off, I (the bride) carried it around with me having to constantly turn the button on and off / hang up and pick up the phone to finally get the dial tone. A ton of guests told us they left us messages but sadly we won't ever hear them because the phone wasn't on. We followed all of the instructions to a T and left directions for guest but the blue / silver button underneath the phone kept turning off.

Hi Ellen - thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the phone was turned on by you or whoever was in charge of it for you prior to your event, draining the battery before your event. Our team has been in touch via email, but to reiterate what happened while the phone was in your possession: While analyzing the files that were left and the timing of them, it is clear that the phone was used and turned on before your event and was not charged after that, leading to the phone not having sufficient battery to last the entirety of your event. In addition, the form we ask all customers to complete before your event (testing the phone and ensuring you turned it off prior to your event) was not completed by whoever was in charge of it for your event either. Upon returning to our warehouse, our phone technician investigated the phone and confirmed that the battery is completely healthy in terms of voltage and capacity. I am sorry that you did not receive all the voicemails you were hoping to receive at your event. - Jacob

Basically Worthless
Got 22 minutes of recording for hundreds of dollars. Based on others experiences in Chat groups they are advertising technology they cannot produce.Fake good reviews are easy to generate . Their sound person based on photos is young and obviously inexperienced . So many messages left and not in final product.No explanation . Mother of Bride was so very sad. And they are oblivious to feedback as they continue to text and email me all the time to buy more product. Do Not waste your money.
