I had some shipping difficulties that were not After the Tones fault and they helped me through it. They were responsive with all my questions. The phone was a hit at my daughters wedding and I can’t wait for her and her husband to hear the messages.

We are so happy we chose an audio guestbook for our wedding - it was hands down one of the best decisions we made! Listening to our guests leave heartfelt, hilarious, emotional, and sometimes drunken messages was like reliving the day all over again. The setup was smooth and stress-free, and the vintage phone added a unique, charming vibe that everyone loved. It made even the shyest guest want to pick up the receiver and leave a message. Now, instead of just signatures in a book, we have real voices, laughter, and spontaneous memories we'll cherish forever. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to add something meaningful and memorable to their event!

My husband and I decided to use After The Tone over a traditional guest book. I was a DIY bride and only booked a day-of coordinator. We decided to go with After The Tone in January with our wedding scheduled for May. I received an email with a tracking number as soon as the phone was shipped (approx.15-20 days before our big day). As those who have/are wedding planning know, the month before the wedding is when to-do lists get longer and brains become foggy. The week of our wedding, I realized the phone should've arrived by then. In panic, I checked the UPS tracking and realized my package was "at the warehouse" for about 2 weeks and there was "no available update" (translates to: it was lost). When I messaged the support email to inquire, I received a prompt reply and a phone was overnighted to me the next day in time for our wedding! That was just one of the great things about this service! It was easy to set up, easy for our coordinator to program it at the venue, easy for our guests to record their heartfelt messages, and so nice to hear their voices in the final recording which was available to us very soon after our honeymoon! We are extremely satisfied with our experience, the staff and the concept! I recommend this service to anyone!

We’ve used After the Tone for multiple events (my mom’s 70th, our local wedding & destination wedding, and now our baby shower) and we cannot recommend them enough!!! The ease of ordering, use and returns is so convenient and the turn around time is incredible! The quality is amazing and the best I’ve heard (we even had the phone next to the DJ booth at one point during our wedding and guests’ voices are so clear with the music sounding like it’s far off in the background somehow)! Can’t wait to use them again at our next event!!

ATT made the entire process easy...from placing an order, to updates on it, to setup, to returning and then receiving the file. Definitely recommend using them! Love that we have voicemails from friends and family to listen to whenever we miss hearing their voices!
