Completed warranty forms. Reported headphones btoken. Automated reply.....nothing since! Now headphones not working at all. Have emailed many times, no response. Very disappointed as not cheap. Surprised as friends have had issues sorted straight away!

Terrible support I ordered twin magnetic chargers from them. I've received one charger in this twin pack. I quickly contact them through their support page by submitting a ticket (case number 00739502) back on 7/27/2022. After one week, still no response. I now just filed a complaint through my credit card company to hopefully get this resolved. Time and time again, I tried to go to vendors directly for purchase, I find that support is either slow or non-existent. It makes me just want to stick with Amazon since their automated support is so much better, and getting refund or "fix" to the order can be done very quickly (if you do it under their policy). Companies really miss out on support, as this is critical to whether a buyer will go to them directly or purchase their products in the future. Shokz product is very good, but they need to improve their support.

The aftershokz continue to break at the weak point. I have been silly enough to have purchased two now, both breaking at the same point before the years out, between the speakers and band. I've spoken to Aftershokz warranty team and have been dismissed. Spend your good hard earned elsewhere.

Customer service not responding to my contact email sent four days ago. Poor service. Shame really, as I have found the actual product good until it is now not working - just over a year old!

The marketing blurb says you can listen to any music or book file its easy - well it turns out if you are a NASA scientist or tech guy it is - but if you are someone who uses Audible and Spotify and just wants to easily download and listen to some podcasts and books you have to jump through a gizzilione hoops - and need additional software and apps very dissappointing

Buyer beware!! This was a product that was expensive and great for a while. But after 2 years I found the left ear device was rattling. Google it and found there are thousands of people experiencing the same issue - many after 12 months. I contacted Shockz and found they won’t repair or replace - despite the fact that this is an obvious design fault with their product. Their brand damage, like their product, will become irreparable.

It works, and then it doesn't, so if you call a lot, or are in sales, you can bet your horses that the hard to reach prospect would go: hello, hello, and hang up, cause of the unpredictability of this product. And you can call up, on your side, everything is fine, and they go: hello, hello, guess you will end up as a blocked contact. Way to go!!

Had a set of the Aeropex die after a year. After an absurd amount of emails I got sent a new set. They were faulty too. Many weeks and emails later I was told to send them back to get a replacement. The tracking on my package was faulty, thanks Austria Post, so now they claim they never got them back, and will not send a replacement. I've sent a picture of the post office receipt clearly indicating the address and tracking. This is printer-level horrible customer service and very low quality headphones for the +€200 I spent on them. Avoid this company at all costs.
