I joined AfterQuery expecting a professional environment that rewards high-level developer expertise, but the reality is an assembly line structure. The workflow is incredibly frantic, creating a constant "race to the bottom" mentality. You are pressured to deliver complex cognitive work at lightning speed, yet the internal processes are deeply flawed and communication from management is non-existent.Worse, while you are rushed to submit tasks instantly, the internal review bottlenecks take forever. It feels like they commoditize human intelligence, extracting specialized developer knowledge for low-value payouts with zero job stability. High effort yields absolutely zero reward here. Avoid if you value your time and expertise.

I've been working on this platform for more than a year and it's really credible the only thing they can do is to limit number of experts. They over crowd the project and then alot of unhappy experts.
