Vera was superb and exceptional…
Vera was superb and exceptional customer service I have never been able to find so much guidance in depth over the phone and email summary of my tasks. In 5 years I’ve never been able to figure out my issues with technical issues. She is an exceptional value to her company.

Domain selling questions and answers
My experience was strictly with regard to questions and answers and the staff at Afternic were great. They answered all my questions to the best of their ability - even those they didn't have to. They offered their best advice and I appreciated it.

I was selling a domain for the first time
I was selling a domain for the first time and their customer support rep (Lyubov) was very patient and thorough in walking me through all of the steps. I had a lot of questions and she clear, concise and consultative in walking me through the various options available which I greatly appreciated!
