Not worth the time and trouble. Go elsewhere.
I found the website impossible to navigate and, for some unknown reason, found their instructions on how to cancel a sale to be confusing and inoperable. Their initial contract supposedly binds you to a sale at whatever price you originally set, and there is no review regular advice or reminders, which means they can claim (and do demand) you sell at the price evenn if an offer is received out of the blue more than two years later (by which time you have probably forgotten you had put it up for sale). Their satff are very pushy and seem only inerested in closing a deal and receiving commissions, they are far less interested in doing what you instruct - pointing instead to the terms of their contract agreed some time ago (in my case by a junior member of staff). It took several phone calls to both godaddy (their owners or possibly merely an "associated" company as they claimed) and afternic, plus ultiple emails and finally an online chat to their support team before I could elicit a promise (as yet unfulfilled) to do as I ask.
