Being new to all this online technology of course I ran into issues. I thought I'd reach out to support for some guidance. Not only did they respond quickly but laid out every step that was needed to resolve my problem and gave extra scenarios "incase" different situations might have arose. Their first steps resolved everything. I know I've just started but I'm so happy I chose to deal with Afternic.
