Worst Support. I have Successful sold one of my domain name, They didn't replied me the problem & directly cancel my sold domain. I am in loss, more than 2500$ Experienced Very Bad Customer Support.

Altough the help from Nic was friendly the price suddenly doubled when we showed intrest in a domain. I can't understand a platform allows this. Stay away is my advice, this is not ethical.

After requesting a quote on a domain, I got an email requesting me to call the guy who contacted me for a price (the email practically screamed "we are dodgy as hell"). Anyway, I finally got quoted a ridiculous price by email for a not especially fancy domain. A few days later I get another dodgy-as-hell email from some guy who is asking if I want to hire them to set up my website. I replied and asked where they got my email - "we work with domain registration companies". Wow, so they apparently give out your email to third parties (hmm, can't remember agreeing to any GDPR consent there Afternic?). I'm staying far away from Afternic, Godaddy and anyone related to them in the future!

TERRIBLE PEOPLE selling peoples Domain names .... If they took it from you they will not even negotiate to sell back... I'm a working mother and don't have the money to buy my own domain back that I built my business on... They take total advantage of people that are not savvy with knowing too much about their domain name. Absolutely the WORST!

After I sent them $150 for domain they stopped responding to my emails. I had to charge it back from my bank.

Very, very slow customer support. Not acceptable at all. Still charging high commission.
