I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews. Just listed my site and needed to update the selling price. Called and immediately got through to someone who was patient and explained the whole process of how I log in. He even sent me an email to confirm the steps just in case. I thought they were very professional. Agreed that taking too long to receive payment will be a hassle should it happen but I’m not in a hurry so I’ll cross that bridge if and when it happens. Rather get money 3 months late than hold on to a site that’s useless to me.

Pleasent experience with selling a domain on Afternic.

I must admit I was pleasantly surprised! In spite of seing many negative reviews, AFTERNIC came through for me "big time"! Communication was fast and efficient and the payment for the domain sold came through seamlessly and instantly! They also converted USD into Euros, making the payment in Euros at a fair rate of exchange so there was no need to put up with local bank fees and commissions. Good job!!

Good service, they just need to update afternic interface for sellers to make domain management easier, I believe the time is long overdue.

Its not easy.. afternic sells and godaddy hosts. Those are two seperate company's. Prepare for long phone calls
