Extremely costly to use their service and their support worse than their main company Godaddy. One domain name sell cost USD 600, 26% percentage in commission. Hereto, they are quick to transfer the domain name out but very slow in responding on Pay Out. I would highly everybody to stay fare away from this company. >>>>>>>> While they say that they are sorry, you can see from all the many reviews over 50% of 1 start that they clearly do not care - just responding with a generic replay, that that is going to make it better.

Truly horrible service The Afternic domain-selling website is truly horrible. When my domain was sold, nobody contacted me and I had to write to customer service 2-3 times a week for them to even notice my requests. The whole process took over a month and I had to write to the constatly. If you have another choice, do not opt for Afternic.

Illegal domain listings and they don't care about it. Afternic.com and all of its affiliates is a popular hub for domain theft and scammers, afternic.com is scam. Afternic team, if you flag this feedback, I will be more than happy to provide full details and bring light into your dark agenda.

My Domain ( alpha-devil.com ) was sold on 18 June and they sent me an email after 3 days that the buyer payment is verified and I have to transfer the domain to the afternic GoDaddy account I did this and till now they are not replying they did not schedule any payment yet I ask customer support and they told me buyer did not take control of domain yet but I can see buyer already started work on his store I access the domain and I can see that store is under maintenance. they are lying to me and not paying my money. I lost my domain, time, and money that was my first time selling a domain. now they are not replying to my emails and I tried to call one picks up my call.

I intended to sell my domain through Afternic Service. I set up an account and provided my contact information and method of payment (screenshot indicated complete address provided. The domain was sold for $408.00 and the transfer of my domain to the buyer was complete. I agreed to the commission rate but was unaware that they charged a $25 check fee. After weeks of not receiving my funding, I contacted Afternic Service. They advised (in an email) they mailed the payment to an address with no state or zip designation. The payment was obviously lost or returned due to the incomplete address. Afternic Service’s solution was to reduce the payment by $60 in fees. In the end, the combined fees reduced the $408.00 sale to $221.00. I offered to settle this by waiving the $60 fee as their address failure could not have been my fault. They refused. Think twice before allowing Afternic Service to be a part of selling/managing your domain.

I am disgusted with the greedy, underhand way I have been treated by Afternic! I spoke to Drew and made an offer of $800 on a domain name that was on sale for $1,197 USD. I confirmed that I was committed to my offer after which I did not hear from Drew. I chased him, but no response. I was keen to make a decision on my domain name so that I could proceed with my website so I went to Afternic and made an offer of $980. They stated their minimum offer to be $977. My offer was quickly rejected and the price suddenly raised to £10,000!!!!! This is totally outrageous and I suspect not legal. Be warned.....

Contacted Afternic about a domain that I owned that had expired recently. I was told by "Zac"( who refused to tell me his last name and it was none of my business) that the domain had gone to auction the day before and was sold. Was told that they could negotiate a sale of the domain back to me, but it would be $500. I asked to speak to a supervisor because that seemed odd. Was told by Zac that there was NO supervisor on duty in the whole company of Afternic! Tried reaching out to someone in a different department to no avail. Still shocked at the unprofessionalism. I hope someone who is a "supervisor" of Zac reaches out.

Afternic with lowest efficiency and poor service company I ever met. -I sold a domain name at the end of March, and they paid me, but our bank need the remit bank swift code, after waiting over 25 days, they still not answered me. Very very bad! - If you want to add a domain name which was added by other people before, you might need to wait 7-15days to get the reply. -If they have no the bigger markets for selling domaisn, I prefer to using Dan.com which with great service and quick reply.
