Over the last few days, I have received UNSOLICITED emails with a single button to "authorize" the sale of a domain that I own. I have never contacted Afternic, GoDaddy, or any other party about selling the domain. Instead of a typical security inquiry asking "Did you authorize a sale?" with a yes/no option, it appears that Afternic wants domain owners to mistakenly or unintentionally"OK" a domain for sale listing with them. Seems highly suspicious and unethical.

"I submitted the agreed-upon payment to Afternic for a domain and promptly received their confirmation email acknowledging the receipt & verification of my funds. Their verification email informed that they would send me an email me in the next 5-7 days, however, it has been over 13 days since then, and I have not received any further updates from Afternic. Additionally, I've noticed that my dashboard on their website remains empty, which is concerning."

I bought a domain but I think it is a big scam. I paid 1500 $ and no one answered any email after payment before payment my emails answer for 15 minutes but now waiting for more than 20 days

I purchased a domain on Afternic on the 10th of October 2023 at a cost of $10K. Sadly I made a big mistake by making this payment by wire. It is now the 19th of December, I did not receive the domain and my money is still missing. I have been in touch with Afternic support on a regular basis but nobody tells me anything definite. Now considering taking legal action. This situation is totally unacceptable, it is during a time of economic hardship for many small businesses and on top of that comes just before Christmas. Refund received on the 5th of January.

How incredible disrespectful can you treat your customers? Not only do they demand that you do THEIR job, but they treat you like dirt in the process.  If you dare to stand up for yourself, and demand that they treat you with respect, they will CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT! Their motto is that they are the parents and you are the child. Pardon me, but I am a grown-up and I NO longer are in the habit of being ordered around like a child. (BEWARE lots of K@rens working there!) Plus, it’s not my responsibility to do your job! My only responsibility is to pay. there’s nothing that says that I have to do your job on the receipt. they’re so arrogant that they actually act like they’re the only domain sellers out there … REALLY? Well, I have already moved on, and shortly after I moved I made a nice sale. I actually have to thank Afternic for that because I wasn’t selling hardly anything while with them and as soon as I left them I started selling. PS: By the way they have like five people working there. Which explains why they’re trying to gaslight you into doing their job.  Good riddance A$$wholes! UPDATE: I have responded to their email, and even forward the emails related to this problem, but have not even received any kind of response from Afternic. They are such hypocrites. 

I sold a domain here in 23 Oct. 2023. I sent the EPP code and the transfer was completed. I'm waiting payout since 40 days. (Domanin Sale ID: 0d38133e-71b2-11ee-9ba0-0242ac130002 , Invoice Number: ANTD1457591 , Payee ID: 3521622) There is no problem with my bank information. I sent e-mails and made requests many times. I get 1 reply a week and the problem is not solved. They state that payment has been made. I request a payment receipt, they cannot send it. Do you keep domain sellers' money and use it for other purposes? VERY BAD SERVICE. If I wait a few more days and do not receive my money, I will start the legal process.

I have now bought 2 domains from this platform, both of which weren't delivered. Afternic took the payment, but then cancelled the transaction after a few weeks saying it can't be completed for one reason or another. Once is understandable, but twice is ridiculous. The first time they said the seller had made a typo and listed it for $500 instead of $5,000. Now, they said the seller no longer has control of the domain. What a ridiculous platform and total waste of time. What's the point of their marketplace if they can't honor the transactions? This platform has no credibility.

I bought this domain recently qualitybazar.xyz . Surprisingly I see this domain in your site as 'SALE'. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I tried to reach out them vaia phone call and failed. I also contact vaia email no reply. I am very much frustrated.
