I ran into some tech issues when listing my domain for sale. I was trying to link my GoDaddy account and was having some issues. I reached out to them first and really got no help. I contacted Afternic and got on the phone with Josh. I was already a little frustrated from not getting the issue solved with 2 agents at the other company. And, Josh picked up on that and was able to calm me down and guide me so easily through the process. To add a cherry on top, he was SUPER FAST! You've just earned a very loyal customer over here.
