Cassie was incredibly helpful and took her time to explain each step in confirming my domain was listed for sale. After an hour on GoDaddy chat, I got frustrated and was fortunate enough to get Cassie, live-in-person on the phone to walk me through my confusion--especially in discovering I had two GoDaddy accounts.

I didn't get her name but she was in Romania and she couldn't have been any friendlier, more helpful or more competent than she was addressing all my needs.

Excellent service from a gentleman called Sam. I did my research and am pleased with my selection to list my domain with Afternic. RP

Afternic telephone support people are smart and deeply knowledgeable. Really good and usually just a short wait. However, only available in standard business hours. 6 pm East Coast they're gone for the day. Don't be upset. They are spending their support budget on quality, not on spreading 24/7. The reality is if they hired more people to cover 24/7 they couldn't pay well and those new people would not know as much and they would have to bleed money away from daytime support so daytime attrition would be replaced with lower paid superficial knowledge people. SO: I REALLY PREFER AFTERNIC's present method of customer assistance, normal business hours. Finding time during your workday your call will be shorter due to shorter wait time and their person speaking US English and understanding you. Minor downside their url landing pages are only black and white, no colors, no cool designs.
