Afternic.com provided excellent customer service. Their brokerage helped negotiate a domain sale efficiently, closing the deal within four days. And they provided payment directly to my bank account the next day!

Had an issue with a domain...
Had an issue with a domain showing "under review" so i sent the team a mail. They had the issue resolved in less than an hour and followed up. Great customer service
