Hi, We’re truly sorry for the disappointment with your second order. We completely understand why the difference in feel between the two dresses would be frustrating. There seems to have been a misunderstanding regarding the fabric. The two dresses you ordered were different product/fabric versions, which is why the materials and feel are different. It was not a change to a cheaper fabric or a decrease in quality.
