Love this company! I shop with this store for whatever I can find value in. The many scents of the products are amazing! Please consider maybe restocking the multi color glass oil roll on bottles. They're so cute!

I’m shopped on their website at least 3-4 times, I take my time to add much scents to my cart, I’m starting my own fragrance body cream business and shopping for fragrances other than designer type scents. The best with a very large selection of oils which is awesome. First time it happened I thought it was an error, second time I was like wth, decided to add much in my cart, let me remind you each time I’m starting all over from scratch, when I log out all disappears and that’s what happens each time. I don’t process the order because I liked to go back in to finalize my items just for them to be all gone from my cart, just empty a waste of my time. Then I read their reviews here on Trustpilot and I’m glad I took the time to assure I was ordering from a legit and good supplier. Boi was I wrong, now I’m gonna need to locate a better supplier which is had for my expectations, I’m into strong long lasting scents men & women scents…pray they improve in the future

I have been a wholesale customer of this company for over 20 years and I love the quality, same-day shipping, and the variety of personal care products, clothing, body oils, African carvings, statues, and jewelry offered. Every month, new items are listed, some sell-out quickly while some may linger for months. There's always something offered which showcases your African heritage, thus the name Africa Imports. The prices are affordable and the products are modern.The clothes are mostly 100% cotton or rayon which I exclusively purchase. No mixed garments for me. Some clothing as well as other products are genuinely made in Ghana. There's always a free item that accompanies every order. The customer service is outstanding!! One of the owners, Wayne, is as well. After each order, he checks with the customer to make sure your purchase and customer experience was satisfactory. I absolutely love that aspect of the business. The website is organized according to category, and the customer experience is exceptional. If you weren't satisfied, Wayne, has an open door policy. He is not a stand-off business owner and I have never ever had a problem with my emails being unanswered. He welcomes suggestions for new items. Your opinion and your concerns are his.

I have been a customer of Africa imports for many months now. I continue using them, because of good pricing, quality product, and quick service. Does anybody ever hope that when they place an order for something on the internet, and pay their money, that they hope the company just looks at your order and comes back to it 5 or 6 days later? That makes no sense. So many of their competitors tell you they have five business days order processing or something. Africa imports ships out your order same day if you get it in at a specific time of the day. So worst case, your late in the day, your order will go out then very next day. How could you have a problem with any of this?

Customer service is half the rating. These products are very easily 5-star, in my opinion, but if you have questions or concerns, and use the chat box readily available on the site, you will likely be met with arrogance and disregard. While the owner of the company is patient, kind and considerate, the FACE of this company is nothing short of rude and condescending. Revamp customer service and Africa Imports can get my money every single month.
