I bought 7 different oil scents and am…
I bought 7 different oil scents and am sending 3 of the 7 back. The scents were weak and 1 didn’t smell anything like the original. I am a business owner and need consistency. They advertise free shipping on returns but I paid $13 to return the items because no return labels were provided
Response from Africa ImportsOct 23, 2025
Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you were not happy with the scents. While it's unfortunate, we do accept returns within 30 days of products that were not used. We do offer refunds, store credits or replacement of other items with free shipping. The free shipping is not to return the items, it is for any replacement items you might like to have sent back out. We do not cover return shipping as per our return policy. Our returns department will reach out once we have processed your return. Thank you again,
CHARLES

Customer Service
New customer service is non existent for questions . I have sent 3 emails about questions. They sent me a email back that said they responded to the emails. I sent an email back saying I looked in me old mail and spam and I didn't see their reply. Have not heard anything back again
Response from Africa ImportsOct 23, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We searched through our system and can see that there were multiple emails responded to and we also re-forwarded these emails to you at your request. We would suggest checking your junk and spam since our emails are going through to your email address. If you have further questions please reach out to [email protected]
