I started out very excited about this company, telling many. I have had three different issues with them that were their fault, and I don't feel it was handled professionally. The last issue I received the wrong item. They did give me a return label and said they would send out the correct item, BUT you receive No apologies, I have to make a special trip to send it back to them, not to mention purchase something to ship it. And insult to injury they act like it's my fault and I am bothering them for wanting what I paid for. Anytime you call with a concern they have a fix for it being more on the customers part to put forth the effort. I believe this company to be reputable and would hope in the future they take more pride in how they treat situations that they created and how it effects the customers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experiences and, especially, that you were left feeling that the burden of resolving these issues was placed on you. We certainly understand how frustrating it is to receive an incorrect item, particularly when you have to take additional time out of your day to return it. While we did provide a return label and arrange for the correct item to be sent, we understand that resolving a mistake on our end should not leave you feeling as though you are the one being inconvenienced or blamed. We’re also disappointed to hear that our communication did not make you feel valued or appreciated as a customer. That is not the experience we want anyone to have, especially someone who was initially excited enough about our company to recommend us to others. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback regarding how we handle mistakes and communicate with customers is important, and we will be sharing your concerns with our team so we can improve how these situations are handled going forward. We truly appreciate your business and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with the experience you originally expected from us.
