Overall a really good experience. Only complaint I have is my appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and I wasn’t seen until 2:10. Scan went well and I got a CD of the scans before I left. I received a follow up email within 36 hours with my scans and a doctors report on the scan findings that I can share with my doctor or really anyone. Major bonus was it cost less than half what I would have been charged thru my insurance.

Clean facility and friendly staff. Quick turn around with the results and images. The appointment took longer than I expected though. I had a Friday evening appointment and arrived on time but had to wait nearly an hour for the person before me to finish. Onsite parking is convenient (and free).

We, like so many, have insurance that doesn’t cover enough and even negotiated rates with preferred providers can be too much. My husband heard about low cost MRIs and we googled it. I put in an inquiry and received a text shortly thereafter. The customer service rep took my information and within 24 hours gave me 3 locations with the cost for each. I was able to get appointment within a week. Overall, great customer service and technicians. My only comment was that the location was tricky to find. The location was not in the medical building but in a large trailer in the parking lot. I had to call and a technician came out to find me. There were no comments made by my doctor about the image quality, so I assume it was readable. I would definitely go this way again.
