It's been two weeks since I'm trying to get a referral on through this company. The website does not work. I cannot ever pass Pyament page. Every single time I submit my payment, the site freezes and says "Please do not reload the page in the meantime to ensure the request goes through". And that's it. You done. You can wait till the end of earth. Nothing will change. Why even offer your services when your main tool isn't working. Why waste people's time?

What a waste of time this was for me. Be aware before you begin that they may not cover your area. They don't make this information clearly visible and reveal it only after you have entered your information.

Hi, I am sorry to hear we could not be of assistance in your case. We are constantly expanding so we can offer our service in new states and hopefully soon we will be in your area.

You sent me the wrong goddamn MRI results. I had someone else’s brain tumor for a day.

The medical staff misread my scan as free and clear of tears. This resulted in me not getting the proper medical attention. After months of continued pain, I went to a specialist who, despite the “poor quality” of the scan, saw a clear partial tear in hamstring tendon.
