The person i worked with was excellent in all details until the final scheduling of the MRI in which she scheduled a day which I had blocked due to extra heavy historical traffic and which caused me to endure 2hrs of stop and go driving. Other than that one 1st world problem that I should have done the effort to reschedule, My experience was good.
