The scale I ordered was not in stock. A rep called to inform me right after I placed the internet order with an altenitive.

Equipment arrived as expected. Faster order processing and immediate shipping would have earned 5 stars.

Saved over $100 over buying the scale from a local scale company and product arrived free shipping, quickly, and in brand new condition. I would definitely buy again from this company and recommend them as a great source for scales.

No problems at all and the scales that I ordered arrived reasonably quickly (I opted for their lowest priced shipping). I would definitely buy from them again.

We received a new Ohaus MB45 --and upon testing it, it failed within the first 5 minutes. We asked for a return/replacement for the defective unit and they pushed us to the manufacturer. Not exactly great service.

I made sure to order us only scales but you guys still sent me foreign power cords. It even says so on my invoice. I had to then go buy converters. I need new power cords sent.

Product was shipped in a timely manner and was as advertised. My experience was excellent.

I have not used this product yet; however, upon testing the accuracy I found it to be very accurate. I am excited to begin using this product.
