Great customer service during my enrollment process

The customer service rep staying in touch but did not become overbearing in the sales process. He answered all my questions. I like that all your services are provided by those inside the US.

I spoke with Richard Clemons, and he answered all my questions, and I immediately signed up. His mannerisms were kind and thorough. My sister recommended me to call him. Just today, I referred a fellow co-worker to Richard. So far, so good. Thank you.

Sales rep actually did a side by side comparison with me at my own pace allowing me to take the lead, never interrupting, displaying extreme patience and thoroughly explaining each covered item. He allowed me to pick and chose covered items and even helped me chose the best plan for me.. and it wasn't even the most expensive plan. Honesty at its best!!!

I am about to put in a dispute for this purchase. The only communication I have received is this review. I have it received any policy I.e. policy number or how to make claims. Tried to get the web to create an account but always fails to connect Update: Finally got into the web sight and got everything needed.

This Company is the master of limited coverage. If you are considering this Company, be sure to read the fine print. We inherited this Home Warranty through purchase of a house. NEVER would I renew.

I think this company is owned by a person running it from her basement. No manners, no customer service at all. Do not sign up, because all they will do is come up for an excuses for not giving you service that you pay for.
