I have tried to withdraw money from PrizePicks and disabled my account saying insufficient funds. I have sent over a dozen emails back and forth with replies just saying the same basic thing every time. I’m starting to think aeropay is a scam and would not recommend this service to anyone

I still haven’t gotten help with my prizepick payment and when I reached out, they told me that they would be helping me but it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t been contacted with an update and I just want my money! I tired of the emails I want to speak to someone directly cause this isn’t fair!

Had trouble linking bank account to prize picks. Finally got that issue resolved and after withdrawing the money never reached my account. Says with drawn over 10 days ago but still has not hut my account. Emailed about issue and was told the issue was being forwarded to the appropriate team for review and would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. Week later no response. Sent 2 or 3 emails since to see why I never got a response within 48 hours and have gotten zero emails back almost like they are ignoring my attempts to reach out and get this solved. Would not recommend and at this point seems like a scam

The worst scammy company ever. Over two months they have been pulling money out of my bank account that is not due to them. One person answers the phone over the course of sixty days. It was like pulling teeth just getting the phone number. Of course, she assures me that nothing will be pulled out of my account again. 2 months later. They're still overdrawing my account trying to pull funds that they do not deserve. It's fraud and it's theft and they do not care. Do not ever ever use them unless you want somebody wiping out your bank account.

I purchased a gift card which required using this company for payment. I received an email that the transaction was declined due to insufficient funds which was not and still is not the case. I’ve been trying to resolve the issue since before Christmas and have been given the run around. The last person asked me to tell them how much money was on my bank account which is completely wrong. I can’t seem to get this fixed and I’m extremely frustrated from trying.

I would give this app 0 stars if possible. Have been trying to solve my prizepicks issue for over a month. Cant withdrawal my own money. Customer service is terrible waiting this long to resolve a simple issue. And of course there is no phone number. Ruined my holiday and other plans for me as i was going to use the money from PP.

I have been trying to withdraw my money from prize picks for awhile and all I get is send us an email. I have tried to email and use live chat but I get no response. This is ridiculous seems like the customer service is non existent. I’m insure why prize picks partnered with these people it has been a terrible experience.

I also am eligible for a payout and requested withdrawl weeks ago and no one will respond to me either. Very concerned this is a scam site. How in the world does it take this long to get a response from a "reputable" company. Something is not right!!!!!!!!!!!!
