Love it! Just scan and pay! No need for cash

Such a great way to pay!

Had an issue with my bank communication and Aeropay. Andrew stepped up and helped resolve the issue by providing a detailed description of what happened.

Wish I knew about Aeropay sooner! It has made going to dispensaries so much easier. I’ve used aeropay several times in Chicago and always had a good experience. I wouldn’t want to go back to using cash or another system now that I know it’s an option. I’ve never had any issues at all, and its so nice to be able to use card instead of carrying cash or paying a high ATM fee. Simple to set up and I wouldn’t even notice I was using it if I didn’t know. I try to only go to the dispensaries in Chicago that I know have Aeropay now because it makes the experience so much better.

I recently had an issue with one of Aeropay’s partner companies, which caused them to prematurely debit my card for an order that was never received. This negatively impacted my finances and ability to replace the items with the funds taken out. I reached out to Aeropay and was very upset. Their Director of Operations, Beverly, reached out to me directly on a Friday night to try to make it right. She processed a refund immediately, added an additional cash reward for the money and time lost as a result of their error, and even worked with their third party company all day on Saturday to get me a replacement order free of charge. While they were the company who facilitated the transaction, it was their partner who had made the mistake, but Aeropay still went above and beyond to save me as a customer and show that they valued my business. I have never encountered such extraordinary customer measures and felt compelled to write this review. As a result of their efforts to rectify the situation as quickly and thoughtfully as possible, I will continue to use their service and recommend it to friends. I have even looked into other partners of theirs to use in place of the one I had the negative experience with so that I can continue to support their service. With so many tech companies who punt you to email or chat bots for support, it was refreshing to receive such a personal touch and they have earned my full trust as a customer and ongoing business.

Fast and easy. No issues connecting my bank.

My son recommended I use this! Their support team was great at answering my questions. It was my first time connecting a bank account, so wanted to make sure I was doing it right. They got me going quickly though… and I was able to place an order in time for the 4th.

Checked out recently at a location with Aeropay. Set it up at the store in about a minute, connected my bank, scanned the QR code and I was done. Definitely going to use this to pay ahead for pick up in the future. Almost like Venmo in a sense?
