I have 3 pods of lettuce which are not sprouting of the 9. I have tried since day 14, now 28 to contact them but always the same, will get back in a couple days. No, nothing. I like what is growing but they guarantee or replace. The customers service seems none existent!

I ordered from this company and was informed by several of my friends that this company is for all intensive purposes, a scam. I immediately went back on their web site to cancel my order and guess what? They make you e mail them and tell you it may take 5 days to get back you insuring that you will be unable to cancel order in time. They had put an authorization on my credit card however within minutes of me placing my order. Gee, go figure. In response to my request for a cancellation I received an e mail saying that they were transitioning from one computer platform to another and therefore I could expect further delays in their response to my request. At that point I just froze my credit card account. Let them try to get a dime out of me now. This company is shameless and an absolute scam whether it’s intentional or not. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible horrible bought for my Christmas came late, but the thing is it’s to brite and there’s no button to lower it! Sure u get Fresh herbs when they finally grow l! But the light is annoying no wonder why son gave it to me

I DO NOT reccommend buying from this company. I actually give it 0 stars. Customer service is terrible and the product is CHEAP. There is NO customer service. This company should be labeled SCAM its a total fake and the lack of support for the product proves it. I know a few people that have purchased from this company and they regret as well. Im so happy my sister and friend asked me about this company before they ordered. Needless to say, they did not order. I tell so many people to stand clear of this website. What a rip off!!!

I placed 2 orders. The first 1 disappeared on their website. I place another one and took a photo. It also disappeared. Tried calling but they are not answering. Then, emailed them at their website and their Facebook. No reply, guess will have to call the bank.

This has to be one of the worst customer service. I should have purchased through Amazon because I have no idea when I will receive my item. I get the same canned response! I do have an aero garden and have no problem with the product itself but never again.

Aerogarden is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their customer support is almost non-existent and when you do get a response it is the same canned response saying they are behind due to some sort of changes to their inventory system. They refuse to give a delivery time on my order of a month ago. Whether I will ever see the product remains to be seen. The little trick they use is they won't accept cancellations once you place an order. They claim you can return a product within 30 days for full refund, but of course you can't return a product they didn't ship to you. It appears my only option at this point is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will also file a complaint with Paypal attempting to recover my money. I am certain of one thing. I will never do business with Aerogarden again. Don't take my word on this. Do some searches on Facebook and Instagram and you will find others saying basically the same thing. They promise (from their own website) that they ship within 2 days of order receipt on in stock items. The product I ordered showed in stock the day I ordered it and still shows in stock today. In fact it shows as in stock on Amazon right now. If they are having issues shipping why don't they just have Amazon send me one. Amazon's inventory system works.

One of the worst companies to do business with. These people constantly lie and do not stand behind their product and absolutely no customer service. Save yourself a headache and don't do business with AeroGarden!
