I have always had great service from AERI. All of the reps have been more than helpful when I am looking for parts

I have used AERI several times now, usually for items which I would consider more difficult items to source. The company have been very good at progressing my requests and providing a quote in-line with my cost expectations. Also they have been very patient in holding the items until finances have been agreed at my end. Prompt delivery is another plus point.

AERI is the company we go to when we have a need for parts that are either obsolete or have a lead-time issue we can't wait on distribution for. AERI has processes in place to screen/rate their sources and inspect parts themselves before forwarding on to us. If there is a problem at inspection, they are quick to inform us and work with us to come up with the best alternative solution. Great customer service!

I started dealing with American Electronics Resources about 2 years ago, I can honestly say that these people are very professional , my salesperson Tom is outstanding in finding the parts I request, he will always follow through and does so with a fantastic personality and complete knowledge. I would recommend this company.

Good, personalble sales rep. Not always good at getting me the part info in a timely manner. Has done well in the past in find hard to find parts as needed. Will continue to reach out for help in the future.
