"on stock" doesn´t mean on stock
Listed the desired parts in three different stocks. Asked for pricing - no answer for weeks. Sent kind reminder and received the standard answer, that others got here, too: we don´t have a stock.... try digikey. Bad joke. I could also put any manufacturers complete catalogue online and write "on stock" and if anyone asks, I refuse when I don´t like to work on it...
Response from AERISep 16, 2020
Hello, We are sorry to hear about your experience. We are very clear on the website that the parts are not in stock , but "available from the AERI network". And if you scroll over that verbiage it explains that the parts are coming from one of our suppliers. It is extremely difficult to keep our database comprised of millions of parts and thousands of suppliers completely up to date. We strive to do our best, but it is never 100%. Please accept my apology for your poor experience.
