This last August 2015, I contacted AERI for the first time to request a quote. I connected with Shon Engle who established rapport quickly and answered my objections/concerns about trying a new source. I was impressed with the level of professional service and as a result made a second purchase in October 2015. If you need a Broker for those difficult, hard to find, obsolete components, I highly recommend Shon Engle, he has now become my preferred Broker.

I have been using brokers for over 15 years. Shon at AERI is more than a broker and better than a franchise distributor. If AERI cannot find your parts they are more than will and able to advise you where to get the parts. The best is AERI tests all parts before they are shipped to you. The warranty is amazing and the customer service is A++++

AERI is a trusted source for electronic components. They have solved shortages for me and resolved issues before they impacted delivery . AERI has also been a partner is reducing my inventory. Their staff is courteous and professional. They are a trusted partner.

I've been dealing with my rep (T. Holtz) from AERI for north of a year and he has been very competitive in pricing and sometimes beats the prices of larger vendors. When I send over an RFQ I get a prompt response and more times than not I'm issuing a PO shortly after.

I spent a few weeks trying to find a part- that is very hard to come by. I came across Aeri.com, and requested a quote/lead time for the part I have been searching for. Within 1 hour, I had been contacted by a very educated, helpful, person, from Aeri, letting me know, he received my request, and he was working on it. A few hours had passed, and I already received a quote and email , with pricing, and lead time. We did not have a NET30 Day account set up, so I asked that they email me the NET30 application, so we could get this completed. He responded back immediately, ( knowing how urgent these parts were for me ) and told me, they would ship them out without this paperwork being completed. I received those parts today, so in total turn time it was about 3 days. The best thing I like about it, is that they actually take the time, and QA all the pieces before shipment, to insure that the part was original, that the component itself, was brand new and unused. A quality sheet is included with components shipped. AWESOME! This has been one of the best experiences with a supplier I have had in years. My contact Doug Ackerman- is number one in my book. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and he truly cared about making me happy, and fulfilling that order, for me. I will definitely make AERI a major component supplier, that I will continuously use. I recommend them highly. I rate them an A++++++
