seemed to be a good company
seemed to be a good company. Machine started beeping almost exactly on its 3 year warranty expiration date. Called and talked to barry and was told it needed new pads. Purchased new pads and installed and the machine started giving other errors. Was told to send it in for inspection and then got a email back that it had a "internal error" and that my only option was to purchase a new one. Not only does it seem odd that it failed almost EXACTLY on its warranty date but that I was told to pay for pads before being told it was junk. Thank God I never had to use it as I am skeptical it would have worked. Unfortunate I understand things break but this hung on a wall for 3 years and then had some "internal error". I don't trust electronics that fail on the day their warranty ends.
