It took me over a month to get this website to take my order. In the mean time due to the lack of customer service I missed out on a $300 discount on three units. Then, because the website would not take the order a few more additional times I missed out on the refurbished units which were $850. Some $550 less than the first quality unit. Less than happy that I missed out on $900-$1650 in saving because the website would not take my order over the past month.
