I ordered a set of Pedi AED pads because your site noted them as In Stock. The next day I received an email stating the item was back ordered with no estimated time of receipt from the manufacturer. According to one of your representatives, the website is not updated as often as the customer service representative system. She advised calling in orders in the future to prevent this from happening again.
