Unfortunately Frustrated
Unfortunately, the 10% discount code I was trying to use on the website to order a new battery was not working. A customer service rep helped me, but then after we placed the order, I received an email saying that the battery is backordered with no foreseeable shipping date. We are now without a functioning AED while we wait for the battery to arrive. All in all, a little bit frustrated by the experience.

AED.COM sent out an email blast…
AED.COM sent out an email blast advertisement showing different AED’s for sale. I filled out everything to buy one, and now it’s out of stock. They should tell you this up front and not after you order it. I have received not one update, or ETA of when they will be back in stock. I don’t know that I would use them again.
