Ordered a trainer AED (Phillips), received the the "thank you for your order" email, had to call nearly a week later to find the status of my order; only to be told my order was on Back Order and nobody in Customer Service could even give me an ETA. Cancelled the order, and going elsewhere.

Got email that some items were back ordered, and asking if we wanted available items shipped now or wait until all were ready. But it didn't say which items were back ordered. I responded to email asking which items were back ordered. No response. I tried calling and was told that the call could not be completed at that time and to "try back later." A hold for entire amount already placed on my credit card.

Unfortunately they will sell you a product they do not have in stock and have no idea when it will be in stock. This was not communicated anywhere when I was purchasing refurbished AEDs and I had to email asking where my product was.
