An AEC van pulled up behind my house this morning where a car was waiting. The two drivers talked and went thru the delivery van picking out packages and tossing them into a box the the car driver carried to his car. They are distributing drugs or stealing select packages. I make the accusation after speaking with National, San Jose and Sacramento branches this morning. Upper management knows about these secret drops and National is a poor liar.

My 80 pound package was supposed to be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. It took 10 weeks to arrive to Europe, and it was lost after it was released from the port. AEC refuses to take accountability. I will never ship packages with them again. Their prices are not proportional to the long wait times, and their incompetence is off the charts.

I send the box from Florida to Moscow with Cristmas gifts and expensive supliments to mom after heart attack.. She never received my box. They stop in Germany and never informed me.. I CALLED several times to Ship Point and Shipping company also and they PROMISED to text or call me back with information .but never did. Everything dissappear.

They believe they are not responsible to inform you about any changes in other countries shipping policies. When the parcel returned by customs they simply steal it,saying it was liquidated. Be AWARE.

I'm from Canada with a very dear friend in Russia, seeking a service that could help me send a personal gift to her was invaluable and extremely difficult with current circumstances. The team was very friendly, helpful, and affordable to provide this service. They are above & beyond, highly recommended Took 1 month exactly from Canada to Tatarstan in Russia
