I would give 6 stars if I could!! Absolutely fantastic job from Dmytro and his team at your Miami branch. My package arrived safely and securely in Poland. I am super happy and grateful for quick and professional service! I do not get all the bad reviews as I received a truly outstanding service. Definitely recommend! Thanks again 🙏 Marek

I would like to apologize to the Happy Parcel / AEC team for getting upset at first before fully understanding how the tracking system works. That frustration was on me. In the end, the team proved to be very professional. They explained everything clearly and patiently, stayed in touch, and handled their work efficiently and properly. All parcels were delivered without any issues and right on time. Thank you for your patience, professionalism, and reliable service.

I'm from Canada with a very dear friend in Russia, seeking a service that could help me send a personal gift to her was invaluable and extremely difficult with current circumstances. The team was very friendly, helpful, and affordable to provide this service. They are above & beyond, highly recommended Took 1 month exactly from Canada to Tatarstan in Russia

Arrived fast and without any issues. They told me it could take up to 8 days for the package to arrive to Romania but it arrived in 6! Great job and very nice people.
