I feel this revue is coming at the mid-point. I received my package in a timely manner and package condition was fine except for the fact that the box had obviously been opened and resealed. Further inspection showed that the item had been removed, almost certainly at least partially installed, badly repackaged and then shipped to me as new. I will be contacting the seller shortly.

The product, a 3-inch drop was hard to find. Adventure RV had it in stock for a good price. I was a little disappointed that customer service couldn’t answer a question that should have been in the specs.

Arrived ahead of schedule. Only problem were the legs I ordered along with the heater were without mounting screws and created a hole in the package but fortunately did not harm the heater.

Good company. Fast shipping. Web page designer needs to have all accessories for an item in one location and say that this part is also needed. I found out I have to get another part to make my camper jack work.
