I ordered something and payed extra for up to 6 day shipping and it took 8 business days .then when it gets here I have to go to post office and pick it up .so if that's not enough I had to pay an additional 5.60$ to get my product that's not counting the 12$I payed to get it within 6 days witch took 8 business days I want my money back for shipping and the money for the postage they didn't pay after taking my 12$ this is a theft of my money and you should reimbers me

First of all they are selling products which are backordered. OK they do let the customer know about this. Second they can't provide shipping details even days after the promised shipping date. Third to get a response from them, in most only via email take days. Think twice before you place an order with this company
