Awful. I wish I found this website before I ordered. Three weeks in, and still no tracking number. Their rep from the ticket system told me that my part is shipping from a different warehouse and that they will need to get information from them, and then she closed the ticket with no information given. I just want my money back.

I ordered a pair of camper jack extensions, and only received one. I contacted them back, they said that the Description was only for one not one pair. Who only orders only one camper jack extension? I went to look for the original listing and it was taken down. I skied if they had another jack extension, they didn’t have any more. I was issued a return RMA to return the original order. I returned the original jack and they still charged my credit card and they have the original camper jack. ThIs company is EXTREMELY DISHONEST,,, do not do order from this company!

Do not order form adventurerv.net. If you have a problem with your order as I did you will either use there chat and get no help or open a ticket and not get a valid response. I got an email my order shipped and it never did. Tried to resolve but got nowhere. trying to cancel order and get a refund.

I wish I had believed the bad reviews. I was told that an item would be shipping within 5 business days. Great, I didn't need this item for 3 weeks, I even immediately received a tracking number. Ha! They issue tracking numbers when they bill the credit card which was immediate. I called after the 5 business days had passed and my tracking number still showed my item had not left their warehouse. They told me that the item was not in stock and they didn't know when it would arrive. What a sad disappointment. Now I will have to pay for expedited shipping from another company to get my item in time.

Horrible customer service!

Zero customer service, tried to contact them and confirm product and availability, used their online chat only option and Ryan the rep said he can't confirm product info or availability and referred back to the link of the product. In other words order and if you have a problem with the product or don't receive it you're out your money. Stay away, this company is a scam.

I bought a Dometic A/C from this site, I really liked how much help and info i got from the chat feature while searching for the right unit. When my unit was installed, I got a call from the RV mechanic stating the unit was defective. I immediately called the company, which does absolutely nothing for you as its an automated message telling you to use the online chat or email. I did the online chat, again, useless, as they just refer you to an online email ticketing system. Finally I emailed them, told them the issue, and their response is to call dometics warranty department. But wait, you sold me something that was bad straight out of the box, what about the shipping, tax, and labor I paid to have a defective unit you sold me put on? Again, call warranty at Dometic, call them and they want an account number for where the unit was originally sold, write them regarding this, and guess what? THE SAME EMAIL SAYING CONTACT WARRANTY AT DOMETIC. They didn't even try to have a conversation with me or help me with the warranty paperwork. Once you pay them, they are out, no help available.
