Very Responsive!
Like my title says, these folks are very responsive! Whenever I call, I get quick and detailed responses and when I have questions, their tech staff is able to help me out! I have had a minor issue with them in the past but that was easy to fix due to them keeping accurate records of our interactions. I'd highly recommend doing business with them! two thumbs up, 5 stars, 10/10!

Amazing customer service and products

Remarkably reliable response to all orders and inquiries.
During all the years that 'Mycard' has been doing business with AdvantIDge and particularly Henry Hsu, we have always had positive results with placing orders, receiving confirmations of orders placed, usually same day out going delivery, always the correct items as ordered and never a problem with returns and replacements (although this is a seldom event). THANK YOU FOR BEING SO DEPENDABLE.
