Service - at the AAW in Kansas - was excellent and it arrived in a few days. I haven't turned the wood yet so I can't comment further, but I have high hopes.

Very good communication and sharing of information. Helped determine what I needed and got it done ahead of schedule. The small hiccup encountered was handled well and quickly and actually allowed me to visit the site and learn a lot more about the operation. I will be using them again no doubt.

Product arrived exactly as advertised. Very happy with the product. Because of the weight of each box (50 lbs) and the way they were packaged, there was some minor damage to the corners of both pieces. I had to take the product apart anyway in order to trim down to desired length. I cut away and discarded the mildly damaged boards. I wish you sold the recommended sealer in something less than gallon containers.

the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the trucking company was not good.

Overall, very good. The wood is fantastic and price was good and delivery very quick. Only minor complaints were that the delivery truck didn't have a fork truck on it so I had to manually unload (difficult for the hobbyist) and I actually received 8' boards instead of 4' boards as ordered. There were enough extras included to cover the cost difference but still not exactly what I ordered. All things considered, I'd order again though and even recommend them to others.

Excellent. Kind, courteous and more than willing to help.

The Ipe was beautiful, and the cumaru was nice, but had some crown in the boards, which was a little disappointing. The boards were packaged well, and showed no damage from shipping. Matthew Gomez was very helpful and patient, despite the small order. Overall, a positive experience.

Salesman was very informative and knowledgeable about the product sent the exact amount. Was delivered on time. Installation was a breeze. Would highly recommend Advantage Lumber
