Terrible experience. Scare tactics and time share type sales approach
I totally believe in the scans you offer and the value of detecting issues early. I do not believe in your long outdated scare tactic sales approach. We were held hostage in what seemed like a bad time share scam for 2 hours to get our 5 minute scan. We were warned about your practices by many people about your tactics but decided to try it anyways and regretted it from the second we sat down in what you call a consult. We should have done our research which would have led us to a different facility offering the same scans at the same or lower price but without the hassles. You asked for honesty, this is as constructive as I can be considering what you put us through.
