Normally I have always been in and out…
Normally I have always been in and out in record time. This time I had to wait at least 45 minutes which was upsetting. Otherwise I have always been pleased with my reports.

We were in and out in under 30 minutes. So thankful we didn't have to listen to the sales pitch again - unnecessary. People who go know why they are there and are wanting a quality preventive health care tool. No spiel needed.

Pressure Tactics
During our consultation the representative who spoke with us was quite short with us when he could see that we weren’t interested in purchasing additional tests! He led us to a waiting room and we were left there for an hour and a half! We had to inquire why we had not been screened yet! I don’t like being pressured and then being punished!

Hi Quannah. We apologize if you felt pressured in any way. Our goal is to give our patients options for their future preventive health care. We will discuss this with your consultant to ensure our future patients have a positive experience. Additionally, you should never need to wait that amount of time for your scan. We will look into this as well.

Do not go here
Do not go here! Sales pitch for over an hour! Scan took less than 5 mins, worse than timeshare! Good intentions but used sad stories to get you to buy more scans. We all know our health is important which is why we made the appointment. 5 years of financing for a few scans, not smart! Going in debt for 5 years of scan will definitely cause stress. Don't do it!!!

The scan itself was fine however I felt as though I were at a sale for vacation property or something. I was totally put off with the sales pitch.
