I was not impressed with your attempt to UP grade the services that I paid for, the heart and lung scan. If I had wanted any further scans I would have made those arrangements, but to take an hour of my time trying to get me interested in other services made me feel like I was at a car dealership and the salesman was trying to "close the deal." The service I paid for and received was very good and I appreciate the prompt response.
