Hello Richard, Thank you for taking time to leave us a feedback! Since the Apple fit test is designed to work with its stock tips, it may not be the greatest indicator for a good seal for any third party tips. If you haven't tried already, please squeeze the memory foam tips first before inserting them into your ears and allow them to fully expand to the shape of your ears. If you are still experiencing seal issue, it maybe possible that you need a bigger size (XL) for better retention. Please lookout for an email from our team for further assistance.
