I had the buds for one week and already had to throw one away because it broke from plastic housing and gets waterlogged with sweat causing a screeching sound. No bueno.

I ordered the largest size available, looking for a replacement for the existing foam Air Pods Pro tips that I had that felt just a bit too small. These were even smaller than the ones I had, and I didn’t even use them for 1 day before switching back to my old ones. Very disappointed.
Response from ADV.Sep 14, 2020
Hello William, Thank you for the feedback and we're sorry to hear that the large tips are not creating a full seal in your ears. We have considered engineering even larger sized tips, however, anything larger than the current “Large” size would have a hard time fitting the charge case easily. We’re looking into other ways to accommodate broader size compatibility. Please get in touch with our support team at [email protected] so that we can assist you further for higher satisfaction. Kind regards, ADV.

Excellent product! The m5-tws has excellent sound quality for a Bluetooth item. Also it works great as a headset. The ordering process was also straightforward. I look forward to being an advsound customer in the future!
