I have been using their link services for the last several months and have been happy with them. I've used a few competitors and I've found Adsy to be the best for me. Since they are a platform, every order is unique, but so far I've only had good experiences.

I can't refund my balance
Response from AdsyJun 18, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your request regarding a refund of your account balance. After reviewing your account history and prior communication with our Support Team, we confirmed that the $25 in question was added in 2024 and was used to access and browse Adsy’s publisher inventory at that time. Additionally, please note that PayPal allows refund requests within 180 days from the transaction date. As this transaction falls outside that timeframe, it is no longer eligible for processing through PayPal. Please note that your funds remain fully available in your account and can be used at any time for purchasing guest posts, link placements, and other services available on Adsy. If you need assistance using your balance or selecting suitable placements, our team will be happy to help.

I purchased $205 in Adsy credits to obtain backlinks. After multiple attempts, I was unable to find publishers who would actually deliver the service. My full $205 balance remains completely unused (Reserved: $0.00, Bonus: $0.00 — proof in screenshots). I submitted a formal refund request via email on April 29, 2026 under Section 12 of Adsy's own Terms and Conditions (Service Not Delivered). Ticket #561156 was opened, and I received an automated acknowledgment — and then complete silence for 11+ days. No follow-up, no response, no resolution. Their own Terms (Section 12.3) commit to a 30-day response window. They are ignoring it. If you are considering Adsy: be aware that getting your money back is extremely difficult, even when the service is never delivered and your credits remain entirely untouched. I am now preparing a chargeback through my payment provider. Will update this review if and when Adsy resolves the issue. Ticket reference: #561156

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify that your refund request was reviewed and approved, and the refund has already been processed to your original payment method. You were informed about the completed refund on May 28, and this was confirmed again on June 2. We also want to address the delay in our response. Your original request was unfortunately filtered out by our spam system, which caused a delay in it reaching the support team. Once it was identified, we immediately took action and processed your request without further delay. As the refund has been successfully issued and the case is now resolved, there is no remaining issue on our side regarding this request. We would appreciate it if you could update your review to reflect the final outcome, so other users see the accurate status of the case. Thank you.

Hassle free, few glitches, which ADSY fixed ASAP, quality links created, had a demo call with Helena, who showed me a number of ways to search for what I needed! Go with ADSY, forget the other link building platforms, they do not even come close!

I am pleasantly surprised by Adsy - good selection, wide-range of filters, and clear pricing. I have had some issues with the content but, with the clear review process and prompt responses from the Adsy team, this ensures corrections are made by the respective site admins and, if you're not happy, I expect funds would be returned to your available balance. So far so good.

Experiencia positiva, la plataforma es facil de usar y entender. La calidad de los medios es muy variada y en algunos casos tienen los mejores precios para el mismo enlace. Lo recomiendo.
