Force you to add balance in increments of $25 instead of letting you choose how much to add - but that's not the problem. YOU CAN'T EVEN WITHDRAW THE MASSIVE EXCESS. I don't know what they were thinking when designing this but if they don't change it it's going to annoy a lot more people.

I created an account with ADSY and used my AMEX to fund the account. They charged my credit card 500 USD but nothing showed up on my fund in the account. There is a phone icon at the bottom where you can have them call you back. No avail. I tried many times. Then out of the blue, I received an email saying that " We noticed that you wanted to add funds to your balance, but didn't complete the payment". Well, when I paid with my Amex I did complete the payment as your website said so, and then my credit card was charged. Now, after waiting for ADSY to call me and resolve this, I have wasted my time. I wasted my time with ADSY and now wasting my time with Amex over the phone trying to dispute the transaction.

Feels like more effective than email outreach bloggers.
