Thanks for your feedback, Alexei. We’d like to clarify how Adsy works. Adsy is a content marketing platform that connects advertisers with media partners and website publishers. Not every media partner listed on the platform necessarily owns the websites they work with, but websites and publishers go through our moderation process before becoming available in the inventory. Customers also have extensive options to evaluate and select publishers based on the criteria that matter to them. You can filter websites by metrics such as traffic, DR, DA, country, language, category, price, and other parameters, and review publisher performance and completed tasks. We continuously work to keep the marketplace useful and transparent, and if you came across a specific website you believe shouldn't be available, we’d be happy to investigate if you share the details with us.

Dear Muhammad Irfan, Please share the email address associated with your account and the relevant order IDs. We’ll be happy to investigate the issue and better understand what caused your frustration.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. The сlaims in your review are quite broad, as no specific order, website, or example was provided, so we cannot properly investigate what happened. Adsy allows refunds when a service was not provided or did not meet the agreed requirements. Regarding indexing, it ultimately depends on the website and Google, not Adsy. However, we do monitor indexing and, when a post is not indexed, we always take the customer’s side and work to resolve it. Business verification is also a standard procedure across reputable platforms. These checks help keep publishing secure and compliant for everyone using the service. We’d be happy to look into the specific issues you mentioned. Please contact our Support team with your account email or order details so we can check them properly.

Hi Tim, We’ve reviewed your order and want to clarify what happened. The publisher did not change the listing after your purchase or attempt to mislead you. After the order was placed, they contacted you directly to clarify that the placement would be a press release with nofollow links. When you indicated that this did not meet your requirements, the order was rejected and your funds were returned. The issue was on our side: due to an imperfection in how our product currently displays specific site requirements, this information was not clearly visible to you before placing the order. This was not a publisher error, but a product issue that we are already working to resolve. We also see that this was your first and only order with Adsy. We’d genuinely like the opportunity to change your impression and show you that Adsy is a reliable and professional service. We hope you’ll give us that chance.

Hello Andrii, We've reviewed your case with our Billing team. The original withdrawal was declined during processing. The most common causes include: - PayPal rejecting the payment due to account limitations, verification, or receiving restrictions. - A temporary PayPal or payment processor issue (risk checks or a technical error). - Currency or country restrictions. At this point, the funds have already been returned to your Adsy balance, and the next step is to submit a new withdrawal request. You can also try to use a different PayPal account to avoid similar issue in future.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your request regarding a refund of your account balance. After reviewing your account history and prior communication with our Support Team, we confirmed that the $25 in question was added in 2024 and was used to access and browse Adsy’s publisher inventory at that time. Additionally, please note that PayPal allows refund requests within 180 days from the transaction date. As this transaction falls outside that timeframe, it is no longer eligible for processing through PayPal. Please note that your funds remain fully available in your account and can be used at any time for purchasing guest posts, link placements, and other services available on Adsy. If you need assistance using your balance or selecting suitable placements, our team will be happy to help.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify that your refund request was reviewed and approved, and the refund has already been processed to your original payment method. You were informed about the completed refund on May 28, and this was confirmed again on June 2. We also want to address the delay in our response. Your original request was unfortunately filtered out by our spam system, which caused a delay in it reaching the support team. Once it was identified, we immediately took action and processed your request without further delay. As the refund has been successfully issued and the case is now resolved, there is no remaining issue on our side regarding this request. We would appreciate it if you could update your review to reflect the final outcome, so other users see the accurate status of the case. Thank you.

Hi Mauricio, We have carefully reviewed this situation multiple times and responded to each of your emails in detail. The placements in question were rejected because: - One website stopped accepting guest posts and temporarily paused placements - Two sites accept only blog-to-blog placements. - One site switched to link insertion only and no longer accepts full articles. Website availability can change at any time. For this reason, we contact each publisher directly before proceeding with any in-progress tasks. This verification was completed in your case and clearly communicated to you. We understand that you invested time researching websites and paid for content creation. However, as explained several times, Adsy cannot reimburse third-party writing expenses, as this is completely outside our and any platform's terms of service. Regarding your request for placements strictly matching your criteria, the combination of: - Australia / New Zealand geo focus - Specific industry requirements - Strict traffic stability and branded traffic thresholds - Pricing within the same range as previously rejected sites significantly limits available inventory. Some of the metrics you require are not available as platform filters and require manual verification, which further narrows the options. Our managers made several attempts to suggest adjusted criteria and alternatives, however each proposal was declined, while we continued receiving requests for a list that strictly matched all original requirements, which - as explained multiple times - is not available within the current marketplace inventory. For this reason, and to provide a clear and final resolution, your full balance was refunded via PayPal. This was done to ensure you were not financially impacted and had immediate access to your funds. We regret that despite the full refund and extensive communication, you chose to continue posting identical negative reviews across multiple platforms. We have done everything within our responsibility to resolve this matter fairly and transparently.
