Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. To clarify, a minimum deposit of $25 is required to access our full inventory of 100K+ websites, as stated in our Terms and Conditions and FAQ. We see that you have purchased a task for $22, which is why we are unsure about the source of your dissatisfaction. We strive to provide a transparent and user-friendly experience. If you are not willing to use our service, we will gladly cancel the task and return your money. However, we believe there may be a misunderstanding, and we kindly request that you reconsider your review. Thank you, Anthony Customer Success Manager Adsy

Dear Patricio, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with our service. The level of service you described is not what we strive to provide at Adsy, and we deeply regret the issues you faced. We have resolved the dispute in your favor and refunded the full amount for the task to your balance. Additionally, as a token of our apology, we have credited an extra $50 bonus to your account. To ensure a better experience moving forward, we have emailed you a recommendation of our in-house publisher, who is reliable and guarantees timely completion of tasks without any issues. If you feel that our efforts to make things right have been satisfactory, we kindly ask you to reconsider your 1-star review on Trustpilot. Your feedback is invaluable to us and helps us continue to improve our services. We hope this helps to change your impression of our service, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns or need assistance. Best Regards, Anthony Customer Success Manager Adsy

Dear Catherine, We apologize for the issues you've experienced with our platform. We understand your frustration regarding the refund policy and the delays in article publication. To address your concerns: 1) Refund Policy: This policy is influenced by the constraints set by payment providers and is a common practice worldwide. Our terms and conditions, including the refund window of 30 days are outlined on our website in Terms and Conditions (https://adsy.com/terms-and-conditions#:~:text=6.-,Refund%20policy,-6.1.%20All%20prices). 2) Article Publication: We can assist in confirming publishers' ability to meet your specific requirements before you place an order. Please provide the articles and websites you’re interested in, and we will ensure they can publish your content. 3) We also notice that you are actively working with us as a publisher. We encourage you to reach out to us directly with any issues, so we can resolve them promptly without involving Trustpilot. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are here to assist and resolve your concerns. Best regards Anthony ADSY | Customer Experience Manager

Hello Daraja. I am really sorry to hear about your negative experience with Adsy. Still, I am glad that you managed to get 21 completed tasks on our platform. Hope these 21 guest posts will bring some authority to your website and improve your rankings by some. Unfortunately 14 tasks on our platform ended up with no guest posts. Your are right, there are publishers which are not able to deliver the work properly. Good news, you did not lose your money with unreliable contributors - Adsy saved your money from scammers. Now, we processed a full refund of the remaining balance at Adsy back to your credit card. Be careful when ordering guest posts elsewhere as nobody will provide you with guarantees like Adsy does. I still hope you will give it another try with our platform. I will gladly share some tips with you, which will help to increase the success rate of your tasks with us. Feel free to reach me directly at [email protected] if any questions appear, I will gladly assist you. Best regards, Max Rhodes
